Terms of Service
1. The service
Housystan AI Studio provides AI voice agents, voice broadcasts, WhatsApp agents and web chat agents that businesses configure and run on their own customers and leads. By creating a workspace you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.
2. Your responsibilities
- You may only call or message people you are legally allowed to contact. You must honour do-not-call requests, the TRAI regulations on commercial communication, and the calling hours the platform enforces.
- Every conversational call opens with the consent line you configure; you are responsible for its wording and for telling people that calls are recorded where you choose to record.
- You are the controller of the data your agents collect. We process it for you as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. Actions taken with them are yours.
- No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or emergency-service use; no impersonation of a person or institution; no attempts to breach isolation between workspaces.
3. Credits and billing
- The service is prepaid. You subscribe to a monthly plan whose whole fee becomes credits (₹1 = 10 credits), and may top up further credits; calls, messages, model usage and Creative work are deducted per the rate card shown in the Studio at the time of use. A plan renews monthly on its start date; a plan not renewed within three days of that date is reduced to the Creator plan and the credits are kept. A subscribed account may go up to ₹500 below zero, after which paid services pause until it is topped up. A free trial allows a small number of test calls and no campaigns.
- Phone numbers are rented monthly and released when unpaid. Invoices carry GST where applicable.
- Credits are non-refundable except where the law requires; unused credits do not expire while the account is active.
4. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it; telecom carriers, model providers and networks are outside our control. We may change features, prices and these terms with notice on this page and by e-mail to account owners; continued use after the change is acceptance.
5. Suspension and termination
We may pause or close a workspace that breaks these terms, harms other customers, or leaves bills unpaid. You may close your workspace at any time from the Studio; data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the credits you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost business, or for the content of conversations your agents hold.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
